Unveiling the Chakra Colors: A Guide to Understanding Your Energy Centers

Chakras are energy centers in the body that are believed to be responsible for the flow of Kundalini energy, or “prana.” The subtle energies move through the human body via the seven chakras, which are specific energy centers located along the spine.
Associated chakra colors are believed to correspond to the frequency and vibration of the energy that flows through it. The colors of the seven chakras can be used to balance and harmonize the energy centers through various practices such as meditation, yoga, and energy healing.
While you can focus on a particular chakra and its blockages, a regular yoga practice can help keep the entire chakra system flowing freely.
Let’s go through each of the seven chakra colors and how they correspond to Kundalini energy. I’ll also include a few tips for balancing chakras too!
